Hello there! I’m Kendra Maple, the blog creator. I’m passionate about health and wellness, and this space is where my thoughts, experiences, and inspirations come to life. 

Created for Wellness isn’t just a collection of words; it’s a journey, a conversation, and a celebration of who we are made to be. I’m currently in school to be come a certified health and wellness coach, and this blog is a place where I am happy to be an advocate, cheerleader, and coach for health and wellness to all those that choose to seek it. My journey learning about nutrition and other aspects of wellness has taught me that our bodies are created to be well; we just have to pick up the right habits to let them heal and flourish. Through Created for Wellness, I aim to share those lessons, insights, and discoveries with you.
